I have achieved a rare Real Estate degree, as well as a Brokers license, and have participated in over $15 Million in real estate sales transactions over the past two years.  I have seen and dealt with many different and challenging aspects of the business, and have the knowledge, experience, and flexibility to make it count.

I have helped clients identify, buy, and sell real estate in Charleston County, Berkeley County, Dorchester County, and Colleton County, including the cities and areas of Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Daniel Island, North Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, Folly Beach, Johns Island, Hollywood, Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, Walterboro, Ravenel, Bonneau, St. Stephen, St. George, and other surrounding Lowcountry communities.   

I have had experience with single family resales, new construction, condos, town homes, manufactured and modular homes, vacant land, commercial property, and multi-family investment properties.  If I don't know it yet, I'm certainly willing to learn.
