What is Property Management?
Property Management is the responsibility of managing the multiple aspects which come along with the ownership and leasing of real estate. These often complex and time-consuming factors may include prospective tenant screening, collection of rents, negotiations with tenants or prospective tenants, payment of outgoings, maintenance and repairs, provision of services, and insurance and supervision of staff and contractors employed for services.

How much does property management cost?
We only get paid if your home is rented. We receive a percentage of the monthly rent, plus a 20% leasing fee of one month's rent.
How are the tenants selected?
The property manager verifies the applicant's credit report, employment, income and previous rental history. Every effort is made to screen the prospective tenant prior to approving a rental application.
When is the rent paid to me?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants have until the 5th to pay before they are assessed a late fee. The management fee and any maintenance costs are deducted from the rent and the balance is sent to you directly or deposited into your local bank account. Our goal is to have the owner's checks out by the 10th.
